Harvesting Feast

Once again, the Stony River team and our supporters are inviting you to our annual Taranaki Harvest Feast in Okato.

Put away the tractor and gardening gloves for a day, grab the kids and treat yourself to a cold Taranaki brew or cider and feast in our Austrian beer garden with live music.

Restaurant, Vienna café, beer garden and Kaihihi Road will be all ours for the day to enjoy great local products in our market area, food, drinks and music.

Heimo will spoil us with a pig on a spit, BBQ corn, Spaetzle with home cured Speck (Austrian macaroni & cheese) and much more.

Renate will be waiting for you in our Vienna café with traditional and freshly baked cakes and coffee.
There will be real fruit ice cream for our little ones and of course plenty of Apple Strudel!

Join our "Odd Vegetable" competition and bring along something bizarre from your garden to win one of our great prizes!

Parking is coordinated off- road by the Lions club off Kaihihi road (gold coin donation).

5pm: Odd vegetable competition judging
