Hawaiian Huna Spirituality
The ancient Hawaiians knew how to live in harmony with their outer and inner world. They communed with nature, were highly intuitive, and respected the creation that supported them to live on this earth. They lived by seven main principles which reminded them to live in a state of oneness and peace.

These principles are a code for living which have been passed down through the ages, As you learn these multi levelled principles something seems to open up inside, and the feeling for many is one of finally coming home.

About The Trainer:
Arteshar Mai Rah has been teaching Huna in countries all over the world since 1997. Huna History
Tens of thousands of years ago the ancestral race of present-day Hawaiians claim that they came to the earth from another star system. They later travelled out from Hawaii to settle in other parts of the world.

The word “Huna” means ‘secret’ and it refers to the esoteric wisdom of Polynesia. Huna also means ‘inner knowing’ or ‘hidden knowledge. When you engage with it, what happens is an expansion inside which resonates through every cell of your body in the most extraordinary way. Most people also experience an opening of the heart.

Hawaiian beliefs or philosophies are founded on their long term observation of human beings and have been passed down through the generations to this day. It is not only in the Polynesian races but also by many other earth tribes that ensure that this knowledge still survives.

Also integrated into this philosophy is a deep respect for nature. They understood very clearly the need to work in harmony with the environment, so that they would be provided with the essential life sustaining ingredients which would keep their bodies alive and their minds and emotions in balance.
