Delectable savouries include crab salad in a choux bun and locally sourced Big Glory Bay Salmon panna cotta with salmon caviar. Savour a delicious egg sandwich with watercress on a milk roll or bite into a fluffy raspberry, almond and buttermilk scone.
Dessert lovers will be in seventh heaven with treats including vanilla creme brulee tart with raspberries and champagne gel and a rich caramel mousse with passionfruit curd, caramel popcorn and a chocolate brownie.
