Our 2019 Coal Range Days start again on Thursday the 7th of March, when our Highwic volunteer cooks will be in the kitchen using the authentic Victorian Coal Range to bake something yummy using recipes that your grandma would remember, and from recipes written by women of the Highwic family.
So come and take a look at our Victorian Coal Range, if you are lucky there could just be something to taste and you might even get to try your hand at using the range.
Over the coming months there will be more coal range days, watch our website and eventfinda for details. The coal range days are subject to change so please contact us to check that coal range is running on the day that you plan to come or to find out about our other special events.
