Welcome back to the 2019 Hirepool Trailer Boat Tournament and welcome back to all of our incredible sponsors. Hirepool, Okuma NZ, Honda Marine, Surtees Boats, Raymarine, Topcatch, Black Magic Tackle, Wet & Forget, and of course NZ Bayfisher Magazine
Briefing - Thursday 3rd January at 6.30pm. Fishing Friday 4th and Saturday 5th January 2019.
Enter online up until the midday Wednesday 2nd January, after this all entries through the Club please.
This year we want to take the Hero Shot to the next level so with the generous support of the good people at Lusty and Blundell we are offering up an amazing Dragon Fly unit for first place!
This comp has got something for everyone, whether its Mum Dad and the kids or the weekend warriors that are hell bent on catching a marlin right through to those anglers that don’t want to kill any fish we have the Measure and Release section.
The species we are fishing for this year are; Kingfish (M&R) Snapper (M&R), Heaviest Billfish (Blue, Black, Sword, Striped Marlin, SB Spearfish), Snapper, Kahawai, Skipjack, Albacore, Wreckfish (Bluenose, Hapuka Bass, Trevally, John Dory and Gurnard!
