Holiday Creative Writing Camp

Learn to write stories like a published author - with a published author!

'Write Like an Author' is a fun holiday camp for young writers.

Held in a fun and supportive setting at Remarkables Primary School in Queenstown, this camp will see children aged 10 to 14 years create, develop and write awesome stories with help from award-winning author and writing coach Maria Gill.

Maria is the award-winning author of over 57 books. She has won the New Zealand Book Awards for Children & Young Adults Non-Fiction, and the Margaret Mahy Best Book of the Year Award.

Over three jam-packed days, children will develop their writing skills and discover how they too can write like a professional author!

The camp runs from Tuesday, 1st October 2019 until Thursday, 3th October 2019.
The number of places on the camp is strictly limited so register early if your child is interested in attending the camp.

The camp is non-residential, and runs from 9am to 4pm each day.
The course fee is $180.00 including a discount for early-bird registration.
