Holiday Creative Writing Camp

Learn to write stories like a published author - with a published author!
'Write Like an Author' is a fun holiday camp for young writers.

Held in a fun and supportive setting at St Margaret's College in Christchurch, this camp will see children aged 10 to 14 years create, develop and write awesome stories with help from award-winning author and writing coach Brian Falkner.

Brian is an internationally published children’s author with eighteen books published in more than thirteen countries. His most recent novel is a YA political action thriller called 'Cassie Clark: Outlaw'.
Over three jam-packed days, children will develop their writing skills and discover how they too can write like a professional author!

The camp runs from Monday, 7th October 2019 until Wednesday, 9th October 2019.
The number of places on the camp is strictly limited so register early if your child is interested in attending the camp.

The camp is non-residential, and runs from 9am to 4pm each day.
The course fee is $180 including a discount for early-bird registration.
