This course, new for 2019, runs on Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 9 PM over four weeks starting 11 June.
Come and learn some traditional Brazilian recipes from a passionate Brazilian cook. A rich, colorful and diverse cuisine incorporating a mixture of European, Indigenous and African ingredients. Nathalia will make you feel as if you are in a Brazilian home!
Over the four classes, you'll learn some of the basic and popular meals made in most Brazilian homes whose recipes are passed from generation to generation. During these sessions you will have the opportunity to cook and taste traditional snacks, mains, sweets and drinks from Brazilian cuisine.
