22nd June

What should I wear?
It's best to wear to a singlet and shorts as the hoop will need to grip to your skin. But above all we want you to feel comfortable and have a brilliant time!

Do I need my own hoop?
It's recommended that you practise in between classes so having your own hoop is a good idea. While you wait for your hoop to arrive you're more than welcome to borrow one of mine. If you need help choosing your first hoop then please contact me through Facebook, I'm happy to advise (Hoop Dance Wellington)

Do you run kids classes?
I will be running a kids class in the spring/summer so watch this space.
