Hospice Community Consultation

Here at Hospice EBoP we are developing our long term strategic plan and it's important that we make sure our service meets the needs of the whole community now and in the future. We will be holding public meetings as part of this, to present some information about our service, our vision and have discussions about where we are headed.

You can help us with this by completing one of our online or paper surveys (launched at www.hospiceebop.org.nz 13 May and available at the Hospice Shops) or pop in to one of the public meetings below:

- Kawerau 13th May, Bert Hamilton Hall 11am-12pm
- Whakatane 15th May, Hospice HQ 37 Goulstone Road, 11am-12pm and 5.30-6.30pm
- Opotiki 16th May, 11am-12pm, Rose garden Cottage
