NMIT is a fantastic place to study cookery and hospitality and our graduates have a great reputation with local businesses. The region has many artisan producers in the area as well as a reputation for seafood, fresh produce, craft beer and cider. Students work alongside some of these producers during their studies and today is your time to hear all about it directly from them.
