A Morning Meditation Workshop - with Resident Teacher Kelsang Pawo.

We all want to feel good about ourselves, suffering from a lack of self confidence can adversely affect our daily life, relationships and our spiritual development. However, self-confidence is not a quality that we either have or we don’t have. It is a state of mind that can be cultivated. By applying Buddha’s teachings on the mind we come to discover that our insecurities are based on mistaken apprehensions of ourselves.

In this half-day course, through a combination of practical teachings and guided meditations, we will learn different ways of relating to ourself, relating to the pure and limitless nature of our mind, rather than our limitations.

This authentic self-confidence will empower us in all our activities and will give us the inner confidence to develop our good qualities and enjoy a positive mind. In this way we begin to be the confident, joyful, loving person we truly wish to be.

Join our Resident Teacher, Buddhist monk, Kelsang Pawo for this course in 2 sessions.

Coffee, tea, snacks included. Beginners welcome, no experience necessary
