I Love New Brighton 2019

I Love New Brighton family fun day is a large free event celebrating all we love about New Brighton!

Lots of free activities, sports, market, food stalls, bouncy castles and a live stage featuring bands and more!

Bring a picnic lunch or choose some yummie food from the great variety of local food trucks. The event will open with a kapa haka to recognise and celebrate Waitangi Day and then there will be a range of local performances and music to relax too as well as some to get you tapping your toes.

For those that need something a bit more energetic head on over to the 'Active Zone' where you try out the pedalmania wacky bikes, test your skills on the archery tag course, do some tumbling on the Flip Out mat or have a go at a range of fun sports and activities.

Grab a lift to to the event or pop down to New Brighton on the Ferrymead Heritage Park Double Decker bus for a gold coin.
