The Incredible Years parenting programme.

If you are interested in learning more about effective, positive parenting, The Incredible Years programme could be for you.

This is a free, fully funded 14 week group programme (no sessions in school holidays) for parents and caregivers of children aged between three and six-years-old.

Through The Incredible Years programme you will learn ways to:
- build healthy relationships with your children
- encourage positive behaviour
- address challenging behavior

Parents/caregivers are equipped to help their children develop self control skills, increase their social and emotional learning and do better academically. It can also mean a more enjoyable family life by helping children reduce their challenging behaviours!
