Intro to Freediving Course

Kathryn Nevatt will be running an Intro to Freediving Course in Wanaka on Saturday 3 August. The course will give you all the information you need to get started in freediving, including safety, physiology, the opportunity to see how long you can hold your breath, duck diving and equalisation and swimming under water.

The course will not give you an official certification but will give you similar knowledge and everything you need to get started training with the Queenstown Freediving Club.
