For 2019, this course starts on Monday 6 April and runs over six Mondays 7 - 9pm. There is no class on Queen's Birthday Monday 3 June.

Would you like to learn Korean in a no-stress, exciting environment? This course is designed for beginners who are interested in Korean culture and wish to acquire basic language skills.
Korean language for beginners aims to introduce true beginners of the Korean language to basic spoken and written skills in modern Korean. Students will learn Han gul (Korean alphabets) vowel and consonants and spelling. By the end of the course, through speaking reading, and writing, students are expected to use survival Korean and carry out a conversation on simple topics of daily life: greetings, introduction, going shopping, asking for directions, and etc.
