Leadership Skills: Dealing With Poor Performance

An Australasian Leadership Institute Workshop
*Voted Best Training Company In New Zealand
**Voted Best Leadership Development Company

Great teams are empowering and productive, delivering breakthrough results. In an effective team, everyone understands how to contribute in ways that support team outcomes that go above and beyond what any individual could accomplish alone. But teamwork isn’t easy. Even the best teams, with the most well-intentioned colleagues, can encounter problems with individuals that hinder the collective accomplishments.

What you will lean on the day:

- Learn practical skills for leading and motivating team members
- Learn how to approach performance discussions
- The psychology of motivation
- How to coach poor performers to a higher standard of performance
- Create an action plan for your own challenges, and offer guidance for peers to do the same

After the workshop:

Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and will be eligible for a follow-up coaching session.

Individual coaching and in-house versions of this workshop are available. Contact Mark Wager, the Chief Leadership Coach of the Australasian Leadership Institute at Mark@ALI.org.nz for more details.
