- Learn how to approach performance discussions
- The psychology of motivation
- How to coach poor performers to a higher standard of performance
- Create an action plan for your own challenges, and offer guidance for peers to do the same
After the workshop:
Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and will be eligible for a follow-up coaching session.
