Leadlighting/Stained Glass

Bring along your project ideas and learn the techniques of glass cutting and making stained glass panels. Suitable for both beginners and those with previous knowledge.

Note: If this is your first Leadlighting course, you must attend the first session when key instruction is given.

Your materials costs are dependent on the size of your project and the coloured glass content (likely minimum cost around $170).

Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for a workshop environment.
Note: The early session runs from 5:15pm to 7:15pm and the later session is from 7:45pm to 9:45pm.

By the end of the course, you'll:
- Have designed and constructed a small rectangle/window, lampshade or light catcher
- Be able to cut glass and assemble leadlighting panels
- Be able to solder, seal and finish a leadlighting project

Duration 6 sessions: Wed 13 and 20 Feb: 6:00PM – 8:00PM and Wed 27 Feb to 3 April: 6:00PM – 9:00PM (no class on 13 and 20 March)
