Come and learn about the impact of plastic on our very own coastlines. Join the Royal Albatross Centre and Sustainable Coastlines to be part of a grassroots solution to litter in Aotearoa. Learn how to identify different types of plastic and contribute to a national citizen science project. Investigate the impact of marine debris on the local wildlife and investigate the source of the problem.

Spaces are limited to 20 people. Email - reservations@albatross.org.nz or phone 03 478 0499 – this is only available for the dates below; meet at the Royal Albatross Centre reception.
Things to bring:
Warm/wet weather clothing, garden gloves (some may be provided), food, water, sunscreen – there is a cafe at the Royal Albatross Centre, please note we don’t allow outside food to be brought into the centre to be eaten.
