Make Your Own Sushi Platters and Side Bowls

Join us on two dates to explore all things Sushi! First you’ll learn to make your own ceramic sushi platter and side dishes using hand building techniques. We will then fire and glaze your pieces in a colour of your choice.

Three weeks later you will spend a morning with Sachie from Sachie’s Kitchen learning to make delicious Sushi. Sachie will teach you how to style your Sushi on your completed platter, after which we will share a Sushi lunch together.

Platter workshop: Saturday 28th September 10am-1pm.
Sushi Workshop: Sunday 20th October 11am - 12:30pm.
