Take a tour into the world of the macaron.
The popularity of French macarons is sweeping the nation! Delicate and colourful, these little confectionaries will be sure highlights at an afternoon tea or as gifts for friends and family. These little delicacies are very hard to master without the right guidance. Come and learn from an expert.
Course fee includes all ingredients. You will take a short break for lunch during the session. We encourage you to bring a sandwich/packed lunch and stay onsite at Selwyn College to mix and mingle with other course-goers.
