Feeling a little overwhelmed with the direction of your marketing? Struggling to engage with your customers and get solid results from your marketing campaigns? Maybe it’s time to take a step back and create a more conscious marketing strategy.
A marketing strategy is your blue print. It outlines where you want to be and how you are going to get there. A clear and strong strategy takes the guess work out of your activity and makes sure you optimise every single marketing dollar.
Join us on the 17th of October where we will take you through the process to build your own conscious marketing strategy.
This one day workshop runs from 9.30 - 3.30 and will take you step by step through the process of creating a marketing strategy. Each business will work on their individual business and will leave the workshop with the tools to complete their strategy document.
The course will cover:
- How to get clear on your purpose to work out your Why, Values, Vision, Mission. These will all dictate the direction of your marketing.
- How to build your brand story.
- How to find out your unique selling proposition ( your magic).
- How to build value through every touchpoint that you have with your customers.
- How to build a picture of the members of your tribe and how to really understand who they are so you can connect with them on a deeper level rather than based on simple demographics.
- How to analyse if you are optimising your marketing spend.
All businesses are encouraged to complete any part of the document that they were unable to complete in the workshop and send it in to us to review and provide feedback after the workshop.
Small businesses may be eligible for funding of up to 50% of the costs for these marketing strategy workshop. Contact the Regional Business Partners website for eligibility or give us a call and have a chat.
