Have your non perishable food items ready to give to the collectors on Monday 25th November (Mon 2nd December if rained off). Listen out for the sirens between 6pm and 8pm, this is how you’ll know the collectors are close by.
This food will go to people in the community facing hardship and struggling to make ends meet.
We are after as many cans and non-perishables items as you can spare. Some much needed staples include Wheetbix, rice, flour, sugar, oats, and dry soup mix.
We will be covering Blenheim, Picton, Renwick, Havelock, Grovetown, Spring Creek, Rarangi and Seddon.
