Join us in the gallery on Sunday morning to hear Erena Baker, Sarah Hudson, Bridget Reweti and Terri Te Tau from Mata Aho Collective talk about 'Te Whare Pora' (2012) and other recent projects.
Newly-returned from installing their latest installation 'Aka' (2019) in the exhibition 'Àbadakone | Continuous Fire | Feu continuel' at the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa, the Collective will provide an overview of their practice as a context for the work on display at Adam Art Gallery Te Pātaka Toi, which is one of the latest acquisitions to the Victoria University of Wellington Art Collection.
All are welcome, free entry.
