**Only two more sleeps till the debate! Here's a wee map so you don't get lost. The lecture theater is in the DL building at Ara, which is near the corner of Madras Street and Moorhouse Ave, just across Madras from the Countdown carpark.
It's in red with a big arrow pointing to it!
The bus interchange is an easy 12 minute walk, and there are also bus stops nearby highlighted in orange.
There's heaps of car parking around, in purple on the map. The car park on Madras is most convenient but you need $1 or $2 coins to pay**

Generation Zero and School Strike for Climate invite you to hear mayoral candidates face off in a debate about climate change and the role of local government in addressing this challenge.
CONFIRMED CANDIDATES: Lianne Dalziel, Darryl Park, John Minto

Find out where each candidate stands on a range of climate-related issues, covering both solutions to reducing our emissions, and adapting to the local impacts of climate change.

We need a bold and courageous mayor who will make the most of this opportunity to rebuild a healthy, thriving, climate-smart city. Come along, get informed, and vote for the best candidate for Christchurch!

This is a FREE ticketed event with limited seating, so be there early to secure a place. Get your ticket here: link to Eventfinda

Candidates answer written questions from the audience, as well as questions from the moderators. You will have a chance to write your climate-related questions during the interval and submit them to the moderator, who will then ask a selection of these.
