Forest collapse links to climate change.
Dean is coming to Coromandel to talk about the links between forest collapse and climate change, masting events, waves of bird extinction in these islands and what can be achieved to help nature thrive from the situation we have inherited.

Dean has often invisibly been involved with the key environmental campaigns within Aotearoa over the past twenty years. Sometimes writer/researcher, sometimes activist, sometimes pest controller or mead maker, he has worked nationally and internationally with Greenpeace and across these islands with Forest & Bird and other NGOs. In 2015 he highlighted the collapse of Northland's native forests using drone footage.
