We are excited to announce that our popular Mindful Movement classes are returning for Term 4! The next slot of classes will be 9 weeks long and held at Old Folks Association.
Mindful Movement is a dance fitness class created especially for adults by professional dancers, Dance Plant Collective. Combining elements from contemporary dance, ballet, yoga and pilates; this class will stretch, strengthen and move you in new ways.
Improve your fitness, coordination and find a deeper mind and body connection. These classes are suitable for beginners to advanced: we provide fun and challenging options for any level! Start your day mindfully, and flow along with us to some great music!
