These classes are designed exclusively for children Age 6-10 years.

It's a wonderful way for your child to play games, work through exercises and learn strategies all delivered in a fun and engaging way to help your child:-

Develop their concentration,
Learn to feel calm
Strengthen their decision-making skills.

We all want our children to feel resilient, make friends, try new things and be happy. If only it were that simple.

But there is something you can do to help your child develop one of their most important coping muscles... their brain!

Mindfulness breathing is so very simple but one of the most powerful strategies you can teach your child. It's great for helping us cope in a crisis but the real magic happens when we start practicing regularly, every day in fact.

Just 5 to 10 minutes each day actually changes the way our brain looks on one of those amazing MRI scanners.

Mindfulness has been shown in clinical studies to increase activity in areas of the brain responsible for thought and processing.

The hippocampus. The part of our brain that helps with our memory and learning... and the pre-frontal cortex. The area of our brain responsible for things like planning and problem-solving.

What does this mean for your child? They feel able to calm themselves when they need to. They can make better decisions about the way they think or act. More able to cope whenever a challenge arises. More focused in school or when playing sport.

Fewer feelings of anxiety, more feelings of 'I can do this'.
