Calling all mamas! Let’s be real here – motherhood can be stressful and hard. Taking care of your family can be all encompassing and all consuming. It’s getting close to the end of the year, and you may be at a point where you feel drained and depleted. It’s time to take care of yourself first because as the saying goes, “You cannot pour from an empty cup”.

This mindfulness and yoga workshop is designed for busy mums to rest, recharge and rejuvenate. The first hour is a mindfulness for mums workshops by Dr Missy Wolfman (Clinical Psychologist and founder of Empowermums), and the second hour is a beautiful and restorative yoga class by Amanda Rayner (200 hr yoga teacher, mental health nurse and personal trainer). No mindfulness or yoga experience is necessary. This workshop is designed for all mums with children of all ages. However, you need to have been cleared for exercise from a health professional (normally 6 weeks postpartum for a normal delivery and 8 weeks for a c-section).

Take the time to invest and nurture in yourself. Not only will you reap the rewards but your family will too. $5 of every ticket will go towards Perinatal Anxiety Depression Aotearoa (PADA) - a charity that promotes maternal mental health.

Only very limited spaces available so get your ticket today!
