Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.
This course is held on Tuesday evenings 7 - 9pm over four weeks, starting 30 July 2019.
Tutor: Sahar Majeed.
This is a part demonstration, part practical class in which you will be introduced to cuisine from Turkey, Persia, Morocco, Lebanon, Iraq and Greece.
Course fee includes $20.00 for ingredients for the first class only. On the first evening, students will be given a list of ingredients to bring for the following weeks.
