All attendees need to be over the age of 14.

Valet Parking
Ensure your vehicle is safe and secure. A valet parking service is available but is very limited. Please email concierge for assistance for more information.

Self-Parking Options
Should you wish to park your own vehicle, there are a number of public carparks near the hotel. Please note parking costs are not included in the ticket prices, and we are unable to supply the parking rates

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No recording of the event of any kind is permitted due to copyright restrictions.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
We will deal with requests on a case by case basis, we will help where we reasonably can.

Can I update my registration information?
Shouldn't be a problem, we will help where we reasonably can.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please do bring it if you can, to streamline your Registration on the day.

What is the refund policy?
We will deal with request on a case by case basis. Typically we would not refund 7 days out, and would only refund 50% from 14 days out.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
When you book your ticket just explain that to us, in the field where you are naming the people attending.
