Mooncake Dance Parties

Good vibes dance party each month around the full moon. $20 on the door.

Lineup for 18th October The Mayfair.
We will have a dance floor installed at the venue! No skanky carpet for y'all.
Visual arts from Che Rogers, Dwayne Duthie, Peter Heard, Zoe Page, Seaweed Sherman. Body painting by Amy Wade ($5 pp).

7:30pm - Doors open to sweet dug reggae dance music from the deep record vaults of vonDUBious

9:00pm - DJ Quaver hits the decks with dirty house bangers. DJ Quaver is the perennial favourite at Summer Breeze Festival.

10:30pm - Inf3rno is bringing electo house fidget bounce and jack n house. Inff3rno was a regular DJ in the halcion days of New Plymouth nightclub Salvation. https://soundcloud.com/infernoshow for a sick mix

12pm - Nightynight

Saturday 23rd November @ Decanta back room. FYI this is the Saturday night of Tattoo Festival.

7:30pm - With over 20 years in the scene the legendary DJ Kritkl sets the scene with a fat hip hop set.

9:00pm - Martin Warren aka Vectrix is a fast rising quality producer from New Zealand. Over some years of production experimentation with Breaks and Techno sounds. Vectrix managed to create a rather solid Tech-Funk sound by blending rolling Tech-Breaks with Electro-Breaks touches and killer Psychedelic elements!

10:30pm - Tim Riley aka Victim is dropping some sick original drun and bass and neurofunk. With releases on C4C LTD, ProgRam, Red Light Records, Citrus Recordings, Kill Tomorrow, Terra Firma, Lifestyle Music UK and countless big projects on the stove, Tim has built an impressive solo career just to grow exponentially.

Saturday 14th December: Dress up party at The Mayfair. Live electronic music from Playcycle, Ed Pool, and Emily Riodan followed up by DJ Quaver.

Friday 10th January:
Drum n Bass with long time resident of the drum and bass arcade Matt Hardy aka Ballistics! Also, house and more goodies.

Saturday, 8th February.
7:30pm - DJ Kririkl brings us in with a funky hip hop set.
9:00pm - Mr Jones brings us a diverse bass heavy tasting.
10:30pm - Balistics brings it home with soulful DNB.
