A Move Your DNA Workshop is a two-day intensive designed to give you hands-on experience being taught all of the exercises in the book Move Your DNA.

Classes are limited to 10 students per instructor to allow for plenty of individual attention. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in improving their health through practicing these correctives.

Move Your DNA weekends are dedicated to breaking down, bolstering, and practicing the exercises in Move Your DNA. Both laypeople and professionals will walk away with a new understanding of these moves and how they relate to each other.

If you’re new to movement, all exercises can be performed within whatever ranges your current abilities allow. If you’re an experienced mover or teacher, your instructor will help you find your “sticky spots”/gaps in mobility and strength, and learn how to load these areas differently. The only prerequisite is that people have read Move Your DNA.

Move Your DNA weekends include:
- 13 hours of instruction over two days
- practice of 40 MYDNA exercises
- small group training (1:10 instructor/student ratio)
- minimal footwear/barefoot experience
- introductory gait experience
- connection with other lovers of alignment and natural movement
- a downloadable exercise workbook you’ll receive when you register
