Music in Parks: Pop Up Music and Movies Launch

Experience the kiwi summer early this year with a free Pop-Up Movies and Music in Parks event hosted by Auckland Council in Aotea Square on Friday 29 November from 5pm.

Groove along to headline acts like Ed Waaka, Danny McCrum, Violet Highway and funk roots explosion Otium.

At the same time, you'll see trailers for films playing at the 26 Movies in Parks events, starting 24 January 2020.

Join E.T. on the iconic bike for free photos, show Sandy and Danny from Grease your best dance moves, and transform into your favourite movie character with free face-painting.

This event is presented by Auckland Council's Movies and Music in Parks and supported by Auckland Live, The Hits, iHeartRadio and The New Zealand Herald.
