Childrens' Art Classes running over 8 weeks for 2 hours from 3.30 to 5.30pm by an experienced teacher following a well-planned series of lessons.

The underlying theme for My Many Coloured Days, is that The Arts provide rich and meaningful contexts to explore the effects that feelings and emotions have on our relationship/s with ourselves and others. It assists students in the development of skills which give them tools to identify, manage and respond in a positive way to their own and other's behaviour - serving them well for their future.

This 8 week art programme running every Wednesday from the 8th May until the 26th June, 3.30 until 5.30pm for children uses a variety of technologies to help develop your child's awareness of the use of colour to create mood/atmosphere within artworks.

Incorporating a range of art disciplines and activities My Many Coloured Days art classes will help create an understanding of the transient nature of one's own emotions - a lifelong skill to help your child manage.

Programme includes investigating 'cool' and 'warm' colours, looking at the way artists use colour to create atmosphere and evoke feelings for the viewer, mixing primary colours, tinting colour, mark making with paint, mask making and more...

This programme is limited to 8 children, all materials and snacks are provided for.
