National Remembrance Service Christchurch Terrorist Attack

Whanganui District Council will livestream a National Remembrance Service on Friday, 29 March, for the victims of the Christchurch mosques terrorist attack.

Please join us from 9.30am to 11.00am at the Davis Lecture Theatre, Watt Street, Whanganui, to watch the remembrance service live from Christchurch.

All are welcome.

A Book of Condolences is also available to sign in the foyer of the Whanganui War Memorial Centre, Watt Street, from 10.00am to 4.00pm weekdays until Friday, 5 April.

The Christchurch service will be held in Hagley Park and will be jointly led by the Government of New Zealand, the city of Christchurch, Ngāi Tahu and the Muslim community.
