Join us at the Hawke’s Bay Business Hub to hear from MPI on how to navigate the food safety roadmap.
This workshop will cover:
- The Food Safety Road Map – from start to finish, expected time lines, consequences of missing timelines or audit points.
- Navigating your compliance obligations, what to do if you fail an audit, how to stay in business and manage food safety complications or audit points.
- Who to talk to at MPI and what level of support and advice they can provide.
- How to deal with local authorities/environmental health officers, and what to do if the process with local authorities begins to hinder your ability to continue operating.
- We will also be joined by Cameron Ormsby, a local Food Safety consultant, who will talk you through some of the more practical aspects of implementing and maintaining effective food safety plans.
This will be an interactive event so come with your food safety questions relevant to your business and the team will help to answer them for you.
