The Nelson branch of the Ulysses Motorcycle Club is organising the 34th annual Toy Run.

Ride from Founders Park in Nelson to the A&P Showgrounds in Richmond.
10 am - 10:45am Assemble at the rear entrance to Founders Heritage Park (at the end of North Road).
10:45 am Gather for a ride briefing.
11 am Departure

This event will raise funds for The Salvation Army, who will collect new toys and games from bikers and the general public in aid of families in need.

The Nelson Toy Run is open to all motorcyclists. (No patches allowed).

Decorate your bike. There will be a prize for the "best dressed" bike.

Bring new toys and games for children of all ages. Fluffy toys look great on our bikes, but the Salvation Army are asking us to not provide too many of these. Older boys’ toys are more than welcome.

If your toys are wrapped, then please label your gift according to the appropriate age range & sex. This will make sorting them a lot easier.

Please don't throw sweets during the ride - Children might run out onto the road to get them.

The Salvation Army van will collect donated gifts from riders and the general public at both the start & finish points of the Toy Run. They will also gratefully accept Gold coin donations.

Toy Run badges will be for sale at start at end of the ride for $10.

Raffles Prizes:
Assorted raffle prizes $5 per ticket.
Ulysses Nelson and Filco Farm & Sport are providing a brand new SHOEI GT-AIR II helmet valued at $899 as the main raffle prize. These tickets will be $10.

Raffle prize draws, sausage sizzle, and coffee at the A&P Show grounds.

If you are riding a scooter or a vintage bike, we have special parking for you so that you will be in front of the main group when we leave.

If you are apprehensive about riding in a large group, please let a committee member know, and we will find someone to be your buddy and take care of you.
