New Years Eve Party

Join us for Live music from 8pm with Greg Thomas and hang the washing at midnight!

Greg has many years of entertaining in the Canterbury region and always puts on a great night out. Traditionally the Tavern hangs washing across the main road at the stoke of midnight. This tradition is over 80 years old and this year will be no different. Bring in your washing line items during the day if you want them up on the line.

Meals will be available from the all day menu from open to close, great craft beers on tap and great Music. Make it a night out at Finnegans.
