Welcome! Witamy! The New Zealand Polish Film Festival in Auckland has arrived!
The NZPFF is a boutique foreign language film festival dedicated to presenting a range of high quality, unique, cutting edge, exciting and little-seen work in New Zealand.
After four editions in Wellington since 2016, this will be the first time the New Zealand Polish Film Festival will screen in Auckland and opens with the 2018 Best European Animation award-winning drama, Another Day of Life based on the real-life experiences of veteran Polish journalist Ryszard Kapusciński. A Polish-Spanish co-production and ten years in the making, Another Day of Life is a kaleidoscopic cinematic feast, mixing reportage and animation to stunning effect.
