Little Chief Stitchery is going to teach you the basics of hand embroidery from the comfort of the famous Wellington Underground Markets held in the underground carpark next to Frank Kitts Park. Hand embroidery has come a long way in recent years and is a really fun way to create bright, fun and beautiful art for your home or unique embellishments on your clothing.
In this workshop you’ll learn 6 basic yet beautiful hand embroidery stitches and start work on completing your very own hand embroidery hoop project. No previous embroidery experience is required.
Tickets: $66 per person. Price includes embroidery hoop, full skeins of DMC thread, needles, fabric, water soluble fabric marker, stitch guide, pattern instructions, and a barista coffee and snacks. Please bring a pair of small sharp scissors if you can.
