Join us for our retreat nourish - Woman's journey to self-love and self-care to create peace with food, eating and our body.

4th and 5th May, only 15 minutes away from Cambridge, Waikato.

Imagine living a life where you are free to be who you are, just as you are, without fear of judgement and condemnation from others. A life where you feel empowered, strong and whole. An authentic fulfilled life of self-love and self – acceptance.

On this retreat we will help you to reconnect with your body, heart and soul through yoga, mindful eating, mindfulness, journaling and inner circle conversations.

What does yoga have to do with eating and mindfulness? Yoga is a practice that leads one to stay present, moment to moment. Presence brings awareness. Awareness gives you clear vision and your breath supports you to stay with whatever comes up. Yoga is about understanding yourself and your relationship to self, which allows you to better understand your relationship to others and the world around you.

​"Mindfulness shows us what is happening in our bodies, our emotions, our minds, and in the world. Through mindfulness, we avoid harming ourselves and others." With presence and clarity gained in yoga practice, we will meditate and explore mindfulness techniques, allowing you to experience what happens for you in your body, heart, & mind when it comes to your relationship with yourself, food, and eating.

How you perceive yourself has a direct effect on how you eat and nourish yourself – think beyond food. Explore why you eat, how you eat and when you eat. Nourish is a safe place to begin, to explore, and to empower yourself.

We will share wholesome vegetarian meals, enjoy slow food tastings, and learn mindful eating techniques that will serve you for a lifetime!

Imagine a beautiful luxurious environment not far from Cambridge and yet feel like you are far away from everything. Slowing down and watching the natural world turn inward, we too, can embrace turning inward. Weather permitting you will have time to go on a walk, sit outside, journal, ponder or just enjoy the hilly view.

You will get: nourishing vegetarian meals, daily yoga, meditation, mindful eating techniques, workshops, and take home materials to support your chosen transformation.

Sleeping arrangements: You can either book accommodation at Sakura directly, find a motel in Cambridge or go home for the night to come back refreshed next Morning.

Regular price for Accommodation at Sakura is $250 but our retreat participants get to enjoy this magical place for only $150 per night.
