Nonviolent communication is a deep awareness practice, a practical tool to help communicate mindfully to support us in connecting authentically with others and to keep us staying curious in every day situations, even when you feel like you're about to lose the plot!!!
Together, we will explore what empathy means to us personally, and from a NVC perspective. We work together to deepen empathy in our lives to; enhance our individual strengths, as well as our personal and professional relationships.
In this incredible work shop you will learn to:
- Receive effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Transform your thinking, moralistic judgments, and language that keeps you from the enriching relationships you dream of
- Make clear requests
- Identify you own value system rather than an external value system
- Break patterns of blame and criticism
This two day Foundation NVC workshop is for both Men and Women who are wanting to enrich their lives with the magic of communication. I am honoured to bring you this with the amazing Susie Spiller.
