NZMTG Beach Hop Park Over 2019.

The NZ Motorhome Travel Group (NZMTG) have worked with the local council and Kate from the community group for the forth year to put in place, one of the best park over locations for Motorhome & Caravan owners to stay on site close to the Beach Hop event.

Everyone had such a great time last time we are doing it again.

This reserve is central to any location around town so no driving is required. Those that have been to the Beach Hop will appreciate the traffic congestion as everybody shows their vehicles off.

This reserve backs onto a river which is good for kayaking when the tide is in.

It has a great park like feeling with well-established shade trees & grass parking areas, along with the river flowing beside the reserve.

Site: We have large sites for you to enjoy this great reserve so please feel free to bring your table & chairs/BBQ

You can arrive from 11am on the Tuesday 26th March & we must be off the reserve by 10am on the 1st April

Pets: Dog friendly however all dogs must be well managed whilst in the reserve.

Arrival: You must sign in at the on site NZMTG mobile caravan office first and you will be shown your site.

Gates: closed at night and from Friday night to Sunday morning the gates will be locked and the code will be given to you when you arrive.

Visitors: Must park on the street
Water: Fresh water on site
Power: No powered site
Sites: Will be given out as you arrive no sites will be held.

Generators: Can be on only between the hours of 8am to 8pm.
All motorhomes, caravans & fifth wheelers must be self-contained.
