Whangarei is Labour Weekend's new favourite destination.
Get away from the city and get amongst Oktoberfest, Butter Factory style,
-OR- if you're a local, you get to stay in town for an international experience!
All afternoon, in typical Oktoberfest fashion, we have pop-up brewery bars around the venue - inside the main bar, in the courtyard & in the cave, featuring:
McLeod's Brewery
Garage Project
Kereru
Tuatara
Moa
HBIB (Hawkes Bay Independent Brewery)
Ticket price includes our special Oktoberfest buffet with some German style food including German sausages, sauerkraut & weiner schnitzel.
Be sure to wear your Lederhosen because there will be prizes for best dressed to the Oktoberfest theme.
Tama K duo will entertain with live music from 2pm - 8pm.
Tama has played solo at Butters a few times and always puts on a great show. This time with the added impact of his wahine, it's sure to be a mover & a shaker!
After the duo wraps up, we'll be continuing into the night with Delaroux from Blaclist. He's put together a playlist for the early evening and then will be jamming the decks from 11pm. $10 door charge will be running from 9pm - although this extended event is an added bonus if you have a day time Oktoberfest ticket.
