Open floor is a lively and transformative dance and movement practice.

There are no steps to learn, we simply bring ourselves as we are, and move with whatever is present: our aches and pains, tender hearts, creative minds, desires and joys. In the process we build our physical and emotional intelligence, connection to Self and Soul, other dancers and spirit.

Classes include guided inquiry, as well as time to follow your own dance. Each class is different, just as is the ebb and flow of an ever-changing life. Research shows that people who dance grow more flexible, confident, capable of intimacy, and nimble in the face of change.

Allow 5-7 minutes to walk from the car park at the beach to the Boat Club.
Wear comfortable layers and bring a drink bottle.
