The Otago Settlers Association Tuesday Club meets once a month for morning tea and a guest speaker. This month Sara Sinclair and Chris Manley talk about the secondary school site-specific drama productions staged around the Museum spaces.

This collaborative venture with the Drama Department at Kavanagh College started in 2007 and gave Drama students the opportunity to discover and participate in immersive and site-specific theatrical experiences. Using Toitū’s galleries as immersive theatre spaces, students were able to emphasize the importance of the design and space, by creating the stories of our local history into artistic creations.
