- Find yourself rushing to the loo all the time?
- Know things “down there” are just not quite right?
- Want to improve your posture?

This introductory women's pelvic health and movement workshop is for you!

Learn what's normal
Bernadette will take you through pelvic anatomy and physiology so you understand how your body is designed to function and how it can change with pain, pregnancy, childbirth, surgery or injury. She will cover what’s normal and what’s not, no matter where you are in your life cycle.

It's not all about kegels
In this workshop you will learn what to do to improve your pelvic floor function, and how to do it. You won’t just be learning to strengthen and isolate your pelvic floor using kegel exercises. You will experience how the pelvic floor muscles work with your whole body function. Sarah will guide you through easy, gentle verbally guided Awareness Through Movement lessons to connect the core of your floor to your breath and movement.

A light supper and cup of tea will be available at the end of the workshop if you'd like to stay for a chat.

Investment:
Workshop is $40. Payment required at time of booking to secure your place.
