Plant Sale & Garden Gala

Bring out your gumboots, it’s back! The great Paekākāriki School plant sale features a wide variety of vegetables, annuals, natives, perennials and seasoned advice.

The Garden Gala will become the Rainbow Garden Gala this year to coincide with the Paekākāriki Pride Festival!

Shop for plants while the kids get rainbow face paint, rainbow hair styles, and make rainbow ribbon wands – and then walk down to join in the Pride Parade at 2pm!

There will be lots of other activities for kids and adults alike, including the highly popular chocolate toss, a rainbow photo booth, a cardboard arcade, bouncy castle, pop up op shop and more!

As always, we’ve got you covered for food and drink – Lotte’s Tea Shop will be full of delicious baking, the gourmet BBQ will be pumping all day long, and the always awesome barista boys will be providing you with top quality coffee.
