Next week Tuesday 1st of October 2019 is International Older Person day and Dance to be Free and Sport Canterbury are putting on a free Power of Dance class for older Adults.
2 x free sessions: Standing 10am and Seated 11am at the Mt Pleasant Community Centre, 3 Mccormacks Bay Road, Mount Pleasant.
Come join in and experience the Power of Dance through learning Latin and Ballroom dancing.
